so today i walked to church and back.
good exercise! hahaha! the only exercise i get is walking to and from places. highly doubt it burns anything! hahaahha.
well my neck still hurts and i have to massage it myself! =( ben does these kinds of things for me! =(

yesterday i was nodding off whilst reading my notes so i decided to sleep. it was like only 9++ so i slept and woke up at like freakin 12am so i went back to sleep and i woke up to voices from the flatmates at freakin 2 am! seriously i havent slept this badly since like FOREVER! so then i went back to sleep and occasionally woke up to check the time. horrible..
Anyways that wasent what i wanted to tell the world about! What i really wanted to say is that:
Michael Phelps is soooooo AWESOME!!!! 8 golds in one game! freakin amazing! AWESOME-NESS.
even though i don't know him personally i still feel happy for him! he's like an official olympic legacy and I was toally alive to see it happen! hahaha. BTW i'm so glad he had to shave off that awful excuse for facial hair! he's so hot and handsome now! *beams* =D
oh yes. i have the cutest ziplock bags! heehee.
well thats it. off to do some work. i hope.
