I went to work today and ran 2 gels.
I saw a black screen. :(
Asked how could this be, and it was probably a sybersafe issue. but i think its my buffer issue. it occured to me once i started running the second gel that i made an 0.2X TBE instead of a 0.5X. heh. i shall make it up again tmr. But then again i asked if it wld affect the outcome and kristine said not really. if the sybersafe worked properly i'd be able to see the bands no matter what.
but i shall make up the buffer again anyways. troublesome.
essay is still 0% done and its one day to october already. Oh lord help me many many many many many many many please.
